If I was friends with Randy Liedtke I would have advised against this prank; since I am not we will enjoy the fruits of his labor. One important thing to remember when you decide to taunt the police by pretending to text on an iPhone shaped cookie while driving - do not have active warrants for traffic tickets. lol
Liedtke announced his plan via his Tumblr account; "Baked some iPhone cookies to trick cops into pulling me over, then I just take a bite and ask if cookies are against the law."
His prank worked and he was pulled over. However, the LAPD officer was not at all amused, Liedtke tweeted the interaction, "he was so confused and angry. Told me to hold tight, he is back in his car now." When the officer finally returned he informed Liedtke that he had a warrant for outstanding parking tickets and that he needed to come back to the station with him.
Expensive cookies....or is it a prank about a prank? Either way the cookies do look pretty tasty iGuess.
