Is your computer running slowly and you don't know what to do? Here are some simple steps that can be done at any skill level to improve boot speed, responsiveness and more. We understand that most people just want to USE their computers, not tinker with them, so this little guide is aimed at the casual user. Please share with your friends.

If you found your way here before seeing the image, you can download CCleaner @ http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/ccleaner_standard.html.

* Update: I have made a note not to defragment SSD drives. As always, if you're not sure if you have an SSD drive, you can skip that step.
