Hunter Moore, revenge porn purveyor, pleaded guilty to hacking and identity theft charges brought against him by federal prosecutors.
Prosecutors charged that Moore paid Charles "Gary" Evens to break into private email accounts to steal sexually explicit images.
The stolen photos were posted on his revenge porn site, isanyoneup.com, according to prosecutors.
The arrangement with Evens led to Moore being charged with "unauthorized access to a protected computer to obtain information for purposes of private financial gain," per this week's plea deal, as well as aiding and abetting Evens in hacking victims' email accounts.
Moore faces a maximum penalty of two to five years in jail for each of the three charges he pleaded guilty to and will be sentenced at a later date.
