RIP: Ronald Chambliss Winborne Jr. of Freeware Files

MajorGeeks has been in business for over 20 years, and in that time, there were a couple of "competitors" we respected, talked to, and admired. One of those was Freeware Files.

A while back, Freewarefiles stopped updating. We knew Ron wouldn't just stop updating his website without saying goodbye unless something terrible happened. As it turns out, we were right. Ron passed away on November 6, 2021.

He was a great guy and died much too young. RIP, my friend. We will miss you and all of your hard work!
