Salty Meal: Waves smash into restaurant in California (Video)

The winter storm sitting over the state of California provided much needed relief from the drought like conditions being experienced there - as with anything - be careful what you wish for, you might just get it and then some.

A man was filming the large swells outside the window of a restaurant in Santa Barbara when one made an entrance that he and other patrons of Moby Dick's restaurant will not soon forget.

The storm has also caused some major ocean swells and caused some inland flooding as well, which if history is any indication, mudslides will not be far behind....for now enjoy a little salt on your meal and screams in the air. Ah, vacation!



No one inside the restaurant was seriously injured and all were able to safely evacuate the establishment.
