Samsung Galaxy S4 is Consumer Reports top rated smartphone

The Samsung Galaxy S 4, one of the most advanced Android smart phones ever, is the new top-rated smart phone at Consumer Reports. They say the S4 delivered top-notch performance in the most critical areas of their tests, including the camera.

It dethroned the LG Optimus G, which occupied the top spot in their Ratings for several months.

They seem to love the display and gestures as well as the fact that you can use it with gloves on. They also gave it props for multi-tasking and admit that battery life and voice quality can be lacking.
