Here is an article on the San Francisco Examiner about their DA trying to find ways to slow down the pace of thefts, including mobile devices in their town. One would think your DA has criminals to prosecute but thats California for you. But, off my soapbox and onto the hidden gem in this article.
Apparently he met with Steve Jobs and discussed the long and laborious process of researching and producing a kill-switch technology for devices, and also said the next two generations of iPhones have already been developed.
They preceded Tim Cook, the district attorney said he was told of the future iPhones.
Great little piece of news for Steve Jobs fans even though it comes from a guy who seems more interested in hanging with the elite and getting his name out there including doing jobs he has no experience in, technology and law enforcement.
