Shortest parole: Man arrested with marijuana 1 hour after release (Mugshot)

A man was paroled from Florence prison in Arizona was re-arrested during a traffic stop one hour after being shown the gate. Daniel Clegg was a passenger in the vehicle that was pulled over after being observed committing several traffic violations.
AZ Family reports, after stopping the Lexus on I-10, a PCSO K-9 deputy noticed marijuana flakes on the passenger's shirt, the passenger later identified as Daniel Clegg attempted to wipe them away. The deputy also reported smelling marijuana coming from the vehicle.
The driver told the deputy that he had picked Clegg up from the prison in Florence an hour earlier and they were driving to Sahuarita.
The deputy and his K-9 searched the vehicle and found marijuana underneath the passenger's seat along with rolling papers in the passenger's side door pocket. The deputy also recovered a loaded 9 mm handgun with hollow point bullets inside of a cardboard box along with prison paperwork.
Clegg was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and misconduct involving a weapon and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
