Silver booted, dress wearing man attacks car with concrete (Video)

A man wearing a dress, silver knee high boots and a very nice beige purse attacked a car full of women in Orlando, FL., his weapon of choice was a chunk of concrete - the bizarre incident was caught on a cell phone video by an eyewitness.
The man apparently had asked the women in the car for a ride and when they refused he threw a drink on the vehicle. He then followed them down to the next traffic light and attacked the car with the chunk of concrete. The first throw didn't cause much damage, but a second piece of concrete that he pitched at the car shattered the front passenger side window and narrowly missed a person inside the car.
The women pulled in to a nearby 7-11 store to escape the attacker. The man quickly fled the scene on foot.
Police are currently searching for the man and aggravated assault will most likely be charged when he is caught. That will certainly be a mugshot to remember!
