Skype hacked to rant against MS

Skype was recently hacked by the Syrian Electronic Army (SEA). Their only purpose it seems was to rant against Microsoft.
Their blog was also hacked with messages stating that the NSA is using the sites backend to spy on its users. Skype quickly restored the site and reported that no user info was accessed.
They posted this message:
You may have noticed our social media properties were targeted today. No user info was compromised. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
