Steam Breaks 30 Million Concurrent Users

MajorGeeks moves a lot of data but DAMN I can't even fathom the actual data 30,000,000 people move.

I did a quick look at Calculator.net and came up with 1,388,889 Mbits/s a round number. Frankly, no idea if that's a valid number, but suffice it to say the pipes needed to hit a number like that are slightly larger than the one here at the office.

The other news you can take from this is that PC gaming continues to grow like Mario on a mushroom. This is a trend that started pre-pandemic and looks to be accelerating. This is great news for us on a PC, but bad news if you are looking for a cheap video card anytime soon.
