A teenager in Kent, UK, became stuck inside a small storm drain after lowering herself in after it had swallowed her iPhone; the teen thought that she could retrieve the phone with her feet but instead became lodged up to her waist in the tiny opening - all this for an iPhone, I would understand if it was at least a Galaxy S4!
According to the Telegraph, Mobile phone shop employee Mr Richards, 22, was driving home with his mother when he saw Ella-Anne Birchenough, 16, up to her waist in the drain, and they pulled over.

He said: "It's not the type of thing you see every day. It was pretty weird. She was more concerned about getting her phone back rather than getting herself out of the drain."
Mr Richards said Ella at one point managed to inch herself out - but promptly went back in before becoming "completely stuck".
Kent emergency services were called and firefighters were able to pull the embarrassed teen from the drain without any injury.
Ella explained that she had just finished talking to a friend on the phone, and when she went to put it in her pocket - she missed, sending it down the drain (of course the fall was in slow motion smartphone fashion).
After all this the girl admits that she wasn't really stuck, she just couldn't pull herself up and out. By then it was too late, as the firefighters had already shown up.
Ella did retrieve the phone - unfortunately it was totally ruined.
