The "New Twitter" Coming Soon

Twitter users who have been using the “old Twitter” are about to have the “New Twitter” forced upon them as well as an HTML5 version for the iPad next week. I am hoping this will be as much fun as watching the crybabies on Digg during their recent redesign that really didn’t change much. Imagine millions of people updating their status with only 140 characters to tell everyone how much they hate it or that they are quitting Twitter (please?).

Here is a video of the new Twitter showing you how it works for those who can’t figure out how to tell everyone you are sitting on the toilet or doing something equally interesting. I don’t get it, but to each their own. It has had 4 million views.
