Trapped again: US bobsledder Johnny Quinn just can't win

As a bonus to his bathroom escape, Johnny Quinn has now found himself trapped in an elevator. This time there will be no busting out - as these doors look to be made out of metal and not cardboard like the bathroom door was! I am going to suggest that he does not take any charter plane sight seeing trips while he is there.
