It is pretty safe to say that trying to be inconspicuous with a full face tribal tattoo is next to impossible; a logical person would surmise that attempting to smoke crack out of a shiny glass pipe at a gas station with said tattoo was probably a bad idea.
The Palm Beach Post reports that Keith Diaferia, 53, and Jessica Supel, 32, were booked into the jail Monday. Diaferia, who sports facial tattoos, faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.
Supel faces charges of possession of heroin, possession of crack/cocaine, possession of Alprazolam and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Boca Raton police said they were conducting surveillance Monday when they caught Keith Diaferia and Jessica Supel in the act.
Diaferia attracted an officer's attention after he was seen getting out of his truck and into a BMW at a gas station. Suspecting drug use, the officer pulled up next to the BMW in an unmarked vehicle and peeked inside, according to Diaferia's arrest report.
Police say after witnessing them smoke from the pipe, officers found drug paraphernalia inside the car. Officers reported finding two needles filled with heroin, five empty needles, four baggies containing heroin, a crack cocaine rock, empty baggies, two crack pipes and pieces of three pills.
