Two Hackers Plead Guilty to Theft of $2 Million

Tomasz Chmielarz and Devin McArthur pleaded guilty in federal court in Newark, N.J. on Thursday for a range of computer fraud charges.
The two, along with Timothy Livingston, are accused of using their hacking skills and spamming operation to net them $2 million. The three were arrested in December.
Livingston is said to have owned the company that hired Chmielarz to write spam that was capable of disguising itself and evade spam filters.
Chmielarz testified that he, along with Livingston, hacked into email accounts and took control of corporate mail servers.
The three are also accused of using their hacking skills to steal the personal information of 60 million Americans.
Livingston has pleaded not guilty and faces his day in court Oct.13th.
