U.K. Police Arrest Hackers of the DC CCTV System

We reported that hackers shut down the CCTV network in Washington, DC a week before the inauguration of Donald Trump.
Now comes news that U.K. law enforcement has arrest one male British citizen and a female Swedish citizen, at the request of the U.S. government, as the hackers behind the event.
Further details were not given.
The majority of the CCTV system was shut down between Jan.12th and the 15th. A ransom was not paid as the IT department was able to restart the system in time for the inauguration.
The Washington Post said the U.K. National Crime Agency (NCA) was responsible for the arrests.
