ConfigFox unlocks advanced setting configurations within the about:config section of Firefox making management of those specific settings easy by providing a more user friendly UI from which to work with.

Those settings are unchecked by default, they can be checked or modified accordingly to your needs. Only checked entries will get into effect for your profile. You can easily search config items simply by typing it in the search box. The search must have at least 3 characters to begin.
