Joanna Weatherford, 51, was arrested after allegedly breaking into the house of her ex-boyfriend, defecating on the window sill and multiple spots around the house, and as if that wasn't bad enough, the clearly stable looking Weatherford attacked him a meat cleaver.
According to the report from the News-Leader, authorities say a woman already on probation for violating an order of protection attacked the same man who had recently gotten one against her.
Weatherford, is charged with second-degree domestic assault after allegedly breaking in to her ex-boyfriend’s home and trying to attack him with a meat cleaver.
The man also alleges Weatherford left something else behind.
“(The victim) told me that Weatherford had defecated while attempting to enter through the window as the window sill was soiled. He said she continued to drop human waste as she walked through the living room and bedroom,” wrote the responding investigator in the probable cause statement in the case.
The victim told police he woke up to find Weatherford standing over him around 1 a.m. Tuesday.
He said Weatherford picked up a cleaver-style knife from the floor near his bed and attacked him with it.
The man said the two struggled for a time before he was able to get the knife away from her and run outside.
Neighbors heard the commotion and called police, the probable cause statement said. When police arrived, they found Weatherford inside the man’s apartment.
Weatherford is currently held in Greene County Jail in lieu of $7,500 bond.
