A woman in Washington state was attacked by a dangerous animal with "abnormally dangerous propensities in attacking people." The animal in question was a pet duck - the attack consisted of bird flapping it's wings, which caused a Clark county woman to fall backwards, injuring her wrists in the process.
According to KATU, Cynthia Ruddell claims Lolita Rose's duck attacked her after it wandered down the street.
Rose is accused of "needlessly endangering the public" because she didn't keep the duck contained and didn't warn neighbors about the danger.
The Aflac mascot doppelganger was also implicated by neighbors as being "crazy" and that it had attacked children waiting at a bus-stop on different occasions.
The suit looks to cover medical costs and pain suffering....will it be covered by Aflac?
