Lindsay Capri Bien-aime had to be removed from a US Airways flight due to her disruptive behavior; the incident started when Bien-aime refused to heed flight attendants instructing her that she needed to turn off her cell phone.
According to Opposing Views the situation continued to deteriorate with Bien-aime using abusive language as three police officers came aboard the U.S. Airways airline to escort the 21-year-old woman off the plane and back to the terminal.
An unidentified passenger recorded the bizarre incident on his (or her) cell phone and uploaded the video (below) to the web, but please be advised that the video does have some pretty foul language and might not be suitable for work, etc.
Bien-aime told the officers repeatedly not to touch her, but one officer can be heard on the video saying, "You can get off the plane or you can get off the plane and go to jail."
A slight physical scuffle ensued, and there were various minor injuries sustained by the responding officers. Bien-aime was charged with battery of a law enforcement officer after her removal from the plane.
