Only thing these geniuses are missing is a couple of cool neck tattoos.
25-year-old Dominika Johnson of Oakland and Kendra Hill, 28, of Antioch who entered a Home Goods store, took items and then tried to return them on the same trip.
Employees recognized them as having returned items three times over the past 2 weeks and called police.
Johnson was arrested on burglary and other charges as well as outstanding warrants for grand theft and traffic violations while Hill was also arrested on burglary charges as well as child endangerment after officers found that she had left children in a car outside.
Oh, did we forget that part? Yeah, this beauty (left) had her kids in the car while shoplifting.
