Dial-a-fix is a collection of 'known fixes' that have been compiled over the past year that really knock out some serious Windows problems, all with one or two clicks. "When in doubt, check 'em all".

Had a Windows Installer Service problem, tried other Web fixes and the (useless) Microsoft knowledge page to reinstall Installer, but it doesn't work on SP3 (thx again MS). But this program fixed the prob instantly

I downloaded it because I wanted to fix Windows installer. However, it crashes when I try to open it.
