This "16-bit" PC-Card uses the Atmel at76c50x chip. Works with the Linux driver and firmware available at http://thekelleys.org.uk/atmel. This means it doesn't work "out of the box" with Knoppix etc. The firmware is proprietary and can't be distributed with Debian and distros properly derived from Debian.
