Works fine under Windows 7 Beta 1 with latest community patch. You need to install the included DirectX9 update during installation.

Just an FYI, you can get the latest Community Patch over at forum.worldofplayers.de/forum/showthread.php?t=568139
Works great on Windows 7, Build 7000.
