PCLinuxOS 2007 will install just fine. The only issue I have is the Synaptic package manager will not update the system. I think this is due to not enough memory. I am running only 384Mb. I think with 512Mb of memory, It would do better.
But even without the updates all seems to work ok.

Mandriva 2009 installs and works fine on this machine.
