This game does not play under WIN XP in native mode. Every time there is a screen change you have to ALT/TAB away from the game and then clich on the menu bar to re-enter the game to see the new screen.

I have got this game working in WIN XP by downloading Microsoft's Virtual PC 2007, it's free, installing WIN 98, and then installing the game on the virtual pc & running it.
