The game works well, in general. In other words, is perfectly playable. The issues I'm getting is that the colors are in 16-bits and that when I write, say in a Worm Name textbox to make a new team, text appears really slow. Like one letter per second.

This are my specs:
-1GB RAM
-nVidia 256MB
-2.20 AMD Athlon
-17" monitor.

I guess that the game was made for low resolutions.

The game works, but under XP SP2 the menus are very slow and unresponsive to keyboard/mouse actions (as someone else mentioned). Once you get into the game it is responsive like you would expect.

There is a problem I've seen on many different machines where the color palette will flip out in the middle of a game sometimes resulting in serious color corruption. They do not correct until a new round starts, and even then they sometimes stay until the game is restarted.

I do not notice any benefit to playing with compatibility mode on any setting.

worms world party works, but you need to run with admin rights when using vista. I also have gfx problems as it does not display the colours correctly. i have tried running in the various compatability modes and it has not worked, also had the 640x480 resolution checked off and on... great game but not working 100% for me

works only with 640x480 on LCD monitor (17, Radeon 9250 128 MB, WinXP SP2). On CRT monitor works fine (15, GeForce 5800, WinXP SP2).
