If you're receiving the Code 14 - This Device Cannot Work Properly Until You Restart Your Computer. To Restart Your Computer Now, Click Restart Computer error, here's how you can fix it.
We feel like we found a secret level here. While most of the Microsoft error codes are like a foreign language, only harder, this error message gets it right. Not only does the error message tell you to restart, but it also says it three times.
So, we're guessing the solution is to restart. Not three times, just once.
This error message might be because you, or Windows Updates, has updated your device drivers and needed a reboot to complete the installation.
