If you're receiving the Code 29 - This Device Is Disabled Because the Firmware of the Device Did Not Give It the Required Resources, here's how you can fix it.

This error means that the device is disabled in your BIOS. You might have to Google for the name of your motherboard or computer manufacturer and find instructions because ever BIOS is a little different.

That said, it's not rocket science either so poking around won't harm anything.

You might have noticed during bootup, but before the Windows splash screen, a set of instructions including, for example, Press F10 for Setup. This is what you're looking for.

Once inside the BIOS, you can browse around with the keyboard arrows and look for the hardware that's disabled. Often, it's your sound or network card. When you find it, press Enter to change it from enabled to disabled. To exit the BIOS look toward the top right for the Save & Exit option. If you don't save & exit, nothing will be changed. This is why we said it's safe to poke around in there. Typically if you hit the ESC key, you will be prompted to exit without saving.

If you have a different Device Manager error code, here are all the device manager error codes and solutions.
