There's been a lot of interest in Windows 11, but for those who prefer an ISO and not registering to become a Windows Insider, here's how to download the latest Windows 10 or 11 Insider ISO.

Update - You can now download Windows 11 ISO's from Microsoft. See the bottom of that page.

There are quite a few steps involved, but we will break it down as simply as possible for you.

Video tutorial:

Open https://uupdump.net/ in your web browser.

Select a build from the available choices. At the time of this tutorial (July 2021), only the Dev channel has Windows 11. There is no 32-Bit version available either.

Choose the version you want to download. Again, at the time of this tutorial, you probably only have one choice for Windows 11.

Select a language if needed, and click Next.

Choose the edition to download. We recommend using only the Home or Pro editions. If you're not sure, choose Pro.

On the next screen, make sure Download and convert to ISO and Include Windows Updates is selected.

Click on Create download package.

Go to your downloads folder and extract the files.

Open the folder you extracted the files to and find uup_download_windows.cmd. Right-click on that and click Run as Administrator.

UUP Dump will start downloading the files. You will see a black background during the download and a blue background when the ISO is built. The download does not take too long, but building the ISO can take a long time.

Expect this to take at least 30 minutes.

When you see Done, you can press 0 to exit or close the Command Prompt window by clicking the X in the top-right corner.

You can find the ISO in the same folder you extracted the download in. The name of the ISO will be different depending on what build, language, etc., you downloaded.

Update: I was pointed to https://uup.rg-adguard.net/ which does the same thing.
