How to Install Windows 11 Home or Pro Without Internet

Microsoft now requires an active internet connection to install Windows 11 Home or Pro. If you don't have an internet connection, you can bypass this requirement during setup with this trick.
Once prompted to connect to the internet, press the Shift + F10 keys to open the Command Prompt.
Type in OOBE\BYPASSNRO at the Command Prompt and press Enter.
Your computer will restart and return you to the same screen, asking you to connect to the internet.
Click on the I don't have internet link.
Click on Continue with limited setup.
Hopefully, Microsoft does not discover and remove this loophole.
