I've eaten more than my fair share of Chinese takeout (and let's not forget buffets), but never once did I consider unfolding the Chinese takeout box and use it as a plate.
Not only is this one of those mind-blown ideas for me, but it's also good for the environment if you waste a paper plate every time you get Chinese takeout.
