Win10 SpyStop is a free app to protect your privacy in Windows 10 by blocking known leaks including telemetry.

Win10 SpyStop is broken down into five simple categories; Home, Privacy, Extras, Settings, and FAQ.

Home will give you a summary of your computer's security as it relates to Windows 10. From here you can activate all or select which mechanisms you want to use. The Privacy tab is the mechanisms as mentioned earlier you can choose. Extras allow you to enable or disable Windows Updates as well as turn off web search, Edge page prediction and Windows store access. As always, we don't recommend you disable Windows Updates, and we cringe when we see this, but it is left alone by default.

Settings will allow you to change your language or start with Windows, again off by default. FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) makes for a well-done built in support section explaining what, how and why the program does what it does.

Currently, the installer is listed as 32-bit for some reason, as there is no 64-bit available and most likely not needed for something this simple.

One downside is that Win10 SpyStop needs to be installed. Most other similar apps are portable, meaning you just run them and forget about it. Win10 SpyStop is a bit all over the place with the colors but then again, look at how ugly our website is.
