AeroBlend is a freeware app that permits the automatic changing of the Windows color to match your current wallpaper or active application icon contents.

As each wallpaper is changed (manually or by slideshow), AeroBlend will automatically adjust the Windows color to match the wallpaper. Additionally, you also have access to other useful modes. These modes include using the active application icon and its contents or even setting the color manually by picking it on the desktop or choosing a color.

AeroBlend uses a quick and efficient algorithm to obtain the predominant or average color of whatever wallpaper, icon, or window content is displayed. The color intensity and transparency can be customized (not available on Windows 8.x), as well as several other options.

AeroBlend will be an added bit of color coordination for your desktop for those who like an orderly display that is easy to set up and deploy.
