Aomei PE Builder is designed to help create Windows PE-based bootable media easily and more.
You can use it to help recover your system, partition hard drive, backup, restore, or even explore files. It is based on the Windows PE environment and includes Aomei Backupper and Partition Assistant to assist in data recovery and partition examination. If you do not need those two Aomei products we have listed two author downloads; one includes the tools the other does not.
Using Aomei PE Builder is simple, it walks you through the steps via a wizard that provides the selection options to assemble the components you desire. Unlike the traditional WinPE environment, this bootable media creator provides a user-friendly graphical interface and a familiar Windows environment. Once you finished the selection process, you are provided with several options for completion; burn a CD, save to USB drive or create an ISO file. One nice feature included to help you in the event of boot failure is its ability to switch over to a familiar feeling Safe Mode that is displayed as Windows-like desktop area. It allows access to Control Panel, Windows system tools, the command prompt, Internet Explorer as well as any integrated tools.
The WinPE bootable media you created is compatible with both BIOS and UEFI so that you don't have to create two medias for those two boot modes separately.
