Audio Console for Creative Sound Blaster Audigy audio cards.
This web release installs the Audio Console application for the following Creative Sound Blaster® series audio devices only:
Creative Sound Blaster Audigy®, Sound Blaster Audigy Platinum and Sound Blaster Audigy Platinum eX series
Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 including Platinum, Platinum eX and Value series
Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS including Platinum and Platinum Pro series
Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 4 Pro
When used together with the appropriate driver for your audio device, the Audio Console application enables you to adjust basic audio settings on Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional x64 Edition, Windows XP and Windows 2000.
The Audio Console application provides control settings for EAX®, Speaker Settings, CMSS 3D, and Device Information.
Requirements:
Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, Windows XP or Windows 2000 operating system
Above-listed audio devices only
Notes:
If you have a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy with Windows XP or Windows 2000, you need to download and install the latest 32-bit Audigy audio device driver before installing this Audio Console Application.
Do not install this driver for the Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Notebook PCMCIA, Sound Blaster Audigy LS or Sound Blaster Audigy SE audio device.
If you have not installed a driver for the Creative Sound Blaster Audigy, Audigy 2, Audigy 2ZS, or Audigy 4 Pro,
Download the appropriate Creative Sound Blaster driver for your audio device.
Follow the driver update instructions provided.
If you have installed a driver for the Creative Sound Blaster Audigy, Audigy 2, Audigy 2 ZS, or Audigy 4 Pro,
Close all other Windows applications.
Launch the Audio Console installer.
Restart your computer to complete the installation.
