AutoBootDisk is a freeware app capable of automatically downloading and booting 78 Linux distros and any you already downloaded.
AutoBootDisk begins with the choice of Custom or Automatic. Custom allows you to load a distro already on your drive. Automatic will give you a selection of available distros in alphabetical order and begin downloading. It is effortless and quick, as promised. Once you have downloaded your distro, you can select the USB drive to write to. Once completed, you can boot from the USB drive with your fresh copy of Linux.
AutoBootDisk falls short in presentation as far as colors and icons go, but it still is a great app. We had a list of what we disliked about AutoBootDisk, but the author listens and has addressed MajorGeeks complaints right down to a typo.
AutoBootDisk is off to a great start with the ability to download 78 different distros. While rough around the edges, to begin with, the author has listened to feedback and continues to improve AutoBootDisk.
