Bat2Exe is an Open Source app for converting batch files into executables via a sleek UI and it is portable.

The UI for Bat2Exe is geared for performing the conversion at hand with efficiency; all available options are visible. You have the option to select the EXE compression and also batch obfuscation methods. Bat2Exe includes the ability to use custom icons for your compiled files.

Bat2Exe is easy to use; once you have selected your batch file for conversion and have chosen the options, you will flip over to the compile section and hit compile. The process is quick and provides a log file.
