BatchEncoder is an audio files conversion software that supports most audio file formats including lossy and lossless compression.

The interface is straightforward to use including drag-and-drop. Essentially, it is a GUI to command-line tools. Of course, while you can convert one or two audio files, BatchEncoder excels as well at converting many audio files at the same time.
