Cypher Notepad is a straightforward encryption/decryption tool for the protection of your selected text data.

It offers a simplified option for encryption and decryption; all you need to do is keep your secret key. Use it for storing passwords, journal entries, account numbers, etc.

Cypher Notepad comes displayed from a simple UI that provides hybrid encryption using both RSA and AES. Using Cypher Notepad is equally simple. Select the New button, enter your text, and save the document. That's it.

One important thing, once a file has been encrypted, you will not be able to access that file without a valid key. If you attempt to modify anything as well as the displayed warning message, the content will be unrecoverable.

The MajorGeeks download provides the .exe without JRE bundled.
