Dr.Web SysInfo can collect system information from a computer to help in diagnostics, particularly when needing tech support from Doctor Web.

Dr.Web SysInfo is not a general system information tool. It is designed to gather information when needing help with Doctor Web Technical Support. That doesn't mean it isn't useful for the tech. As the last screenshot shows, it will generate a folder with event logs, XML documents, and the HOSTS file which makes this useful for any techs doing diagnostics.

All you need to do is click "Generate Report" and wait. On a clean installation of Windows, it only takes minutes. Computers with issues could take much longer. Dr.Web SysInfo will then generate a report and provide a link to the folder with the reports. Rerunning it will create a new folder so you can run it as many times as needed.
