This program modifies Windows' registry to increase the speed of DSL and cable connections that use WinPPPoE. 

Author quote: "My speeds changed from 80 Kbps downstream to 200! The upstream increase wasn't as dramatic, from 15 kbps to 20. Having 200 kbps downstream bandwidth is great for downloading multiple files simultaniously."

This should be used on PPPoE connections only.
