DTS in WAV Converter will convert unplayable DTS audio files (just static noise) which usually have a WAV extension into DTS files that should playback.

We initially discovered this a tool provided by Shark so that anyone with this problem can play these audio files using the Shark007 Codecs instantly.

Just drag-an-drop the unplayable WAV onto the downloaded executable, and it will create a second DTS audio file that hopefully now works, as seen in the single screenshot below. There are no settings, options, and no interface. It either works or it won't, but we had success using it in our tests.
