EaseUS Fixo: Fix Your Busted Files
Corrupted video? Blurry photos? Does a Is your Word document not opening and just sitting there, seemingly mocking you? Yeah, been there. But this is where EaseUS Fixo could help. It's a desktop utility designed to repair broken video, image, and document files and it actually does a solid job.
What It Does (and Does Well)
EaseUS Fixo handles three big categories of damaged files: video, photo, and document. It supports a surprisingly wide range of formats, so you're not stuck if your file isn't the usual MP4 or JPEG.
Video repair works with MP4, MOV, MKV, and even M2TS or 3GP. Whether your footage came from a smartphone, drone, dash cam, or that aging digital camera you refuse to upgrade, EaseUS Fixo can try to bring it back to life. Photo support is just as broad—JPEG, PNG, RAW formats from Canon, Nikon, Fuji, and more. It can clean up pixelated or unreadable images from your SD card, USB drive, or hard disk.
On the document side, it tackles corrupt Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF files. So, if you've got a quarterly report that suddenly won't open, you might not have to start over from scratch.
The program also throws in a handful of AI-based photo enhancement tools because, apparently, everything needs to say "AI" these days. They're decent, and it's a nice little bonus if you're already going for the Pro version, but let's be honest: you're not buying this software for photo editing. They're more of a side dish than the main course.
How It Works
You don't need a PhD in data recovery to use EaseUS Fixo. It's a 3-step process:
1)Drop in your broken files
2)Click repair
3)Preview the results and save what looks good
It also supports batch repair, which is great if you've got a folder full of corrupted vacation photos or a bunch of borked spreadsheets from your boss.
Features We Like
● Batch processing that doesn't bog down your system

● Works across a ton of formats and file types
Pros and Cons
Pros:
● Handles video, images, and documents in one tool
● Super simple workflow—no learning curve
● Batch and preview features save serious time
Cons:
● Free version is more of a demo—you'll need to pay to actually save repaired files
● Not all files can be fixed—if it's totally scrambled, results may vary
Geek Verdict
EaseUS Fixo is a solid tool for fixing a number of corrupted file problems. It's super easy to use and very effective. We like the overall feel and effectiveness of EaseUS Fixo and it's a plus that you can preview what's fixable. That said, we wish the trial version gave you just a bit more to work with. You can't save any repaired files without upgrading, and while we get it (file repair isn't exactly free to build), it'd be nice if the trial offered limited saves or a sample export. Just something to let users fully test the waters. When your videos won't play or your photos look like abstract art, this app gives you a fighting chance to bring them back. It's not perfect, and the full version isn't free, but for anyone dealing with corrupted media or office docs, it's worth a solid look.
PRO TIP: When testing the product, if you cancel the repair, a pop-up will offer you a 40% discount.
