Emsisoft Decrypter for BadBlock can decrypt files locked by BadBlock but only if they have been encrypted but not renamed.

The malware identifies itself as BadBlock both in the red ransomware screen as well as in the ransom note "Help Decrypt.html" that can be found on the Desktop.

Simply drag-and-drop both the original and infected file directly to the executable icon. If that fails, then you will need to restore from backup. Again, remember there's no point in even trying this app if the files have been renamed.
