Emsisoft Decrypter for Harasom is designed to decrypt files that have been converted into HTML files, and the ransom note pretends to originate either from Spamhaus or the US Department of Justice.

To use Emsisoft Decrypter for Harasom simply browse to the folder that has the locked files and click on "Decrypt." A results tab is available to see what was discovered. Two additional options are available - keep encrypted files, and use a custom decryption key instead of the automatically determined one. Keep encrypted files is on by default, so the second option is for advanced scenarios.
