Exe-Spy is a cross-platform app that enables Windows PE file viewing.

Exe-Spy has a clean interface that is super organized allowing you to quickly view the requested file info. The left side has the categories and the middle displays the particulars. It supports all valid PE formats, including EXE, DLL, COM, OCX, SYS, SCR, CPL, AX, ACM, WINMD, MUI, EFI, TSP, and DRV.

This viewer will efficiently get the job done if you need to delve into file details for the supported types. The only thing we didn't find is the ability to print incorporated into the app. That said, still an excellent Open Source app.
