Isotoxin is a secure LAN and Tox messenger that allows easy communications over the internet as well as local networks.

This messenger fully supports audio/video calls, group chats, file transfers, auto updates, simultaneous connections to multiple networks, profile encryption, message history, contact list, emoticons, notifications as well as various standard IM features.

Isotoxin is set in Russian by default but can be easily changed to English by going to settings, then clicking 'язык - Language' and then 'английский - English.' From there you can obtain your ID and share it, and add contacts or join a network.
