Krkal is a top-down puzzle game that requires you to successfully navigate through a maze all the while avoiding pitfalls and various obstacles.

You will control one of three characters to attempt finding your way through the multiple mazes, all of which are full of various traps and obstacles designed to make you fail. There will be stones to move, ice, mines, and switches. The switches open other passageways for you to wander through.

Gameplay is through the arrow keys, and you will need both fingers and sharp thinking to advance. This fact will become more evident once you proceed through the progressively difficult levels. Each of the levels consists of different elements or objects which are aimed at making your navigation through the mazes challenging. Additionally, if you think the levels are not hard enough, then you have the option to create and edit your own levels. The level editor includes a guide on how to effectively use it to achieve the best results.
